Prism crash, hard

Last night I popped in my backup module and did a backup. When I turned on my visor this afternoon it showed the JBBackup loading screen and seemed to be frozen on that screen. So i did a soft reset and when i came back it would turn itself off after 5 seconds of being on. I couldn't get it to stop so i tried a hard reset (after all i just backed it up last night). NOw it's on a black screen with a small white line at the top. I continually try to do hard resets, warm resets, and soft resets but to no avail. Now it won't turn off so i'm letting it drain the battery and i'll see what happens.

I opened it up unplugged the battery for about 10 minutes and put it back together and nothing worked. I got frustrated so i left it sitting on my desk overnight and in the morning tried a hard reset just before running off the class and it turned on magically. I think it found out about the new sony's and doens't want to be replaced. (it will be though)

Glad to hear you are back in business, although that's very scary!

Angry Prism did the same

My Visor Prism froze while I was using the Targus Handcam. I then performed a soft reset and then a window kept popping up after I reseted it saying Fatal Error. I pressed the reset button and it did nothing but put the window back up. Then i preformed a hard reset which only put up the black screen with the ****e border like the guy had beofre me. Hard and soft resets don't work. I need help.
