Does anyone have any experience or opinions on the Pharos iGPS for Visor?

It appears that the iGPS is an external unit that can be adapted to plug into the visor's hotsync port. It will thanwork with most GPS software... (supposedly) http://www.gps4fun.com/pda_handspring.html
BUT, why would you want that, when the HandyGPS pro is shipping!!

The iGPS-180 claims to support connection to all PDA applications and laptop. There's a link off the Products page for a Cable Assembly that shows a Visor option as well a spec sheet for the iGPS. It appears to be a serial device as opposed to a Springboard module.

No Voice Promting!
Your not going to get enjoyment from the Pharos on your Visor - it is meant to be used with a Pocket PC so it can give you voice prompting with their software - no way would I use it for the Visor
