From an earlier thread on this message board, I notice that I have the normal off centering issue, but in addition the screen is slightly tilted counter clockwise. This doesnt cause a problem for the unit but its irritating me now. Everytime I look at it, poor workmanship comes to mind. Anyone else see this?

A friend of mine had the same problem with his Visor. He sent a note to Handspring Customer Service complaining of the problem. He received a reply the same day asking for his shipping information so they could send him a replacement.

Handspring seems willing to replace Visors with this and many other quality problems. I suggest you contact them.
