Cradle problem

Just upgraded from a deluxe to a neo. I have a wierd problem that I was wondering if anyone else has. When I put the Neo in the hotsync cradle, some times it reboots my machine (Win XP box). Other times it works just fine and still other times I put it in, it doesn't reboot the system, but I also can't actually hotsync. Anyone else had syncing difficulties?

(P.S. I did have the syncing problem with the deluxe occasionally, but not the reboot thing)
