Unhappy

When I try to sync my visor deluxe, the hotsync freezes while syncing the mail. if I go to custom and select "do nothing" for the mail, the rest of the hotsync works just fine. I'm syncing with outlook express. any thoughts? It worked before!

Did it ask you if you wanted to go online and you answered "No"? OE would hang on me if I did that.

It's working now

I'm not sure what the problem was, but when I reconfigured mail to read outlook, then back to outlook express, the problem stopped. It may have been a memory issue. I had over 1,300 messages in my inbox. YIKES!

This started happening to me as soon as I loaded Palm Desktop 4. It only happens when I try to sync mail offline (although it never prompts me to go online or anything). When I'm on the network everything is fine.

The weird thing is that it fails before it ever identifies the user...

I am going to try to install the Handspring Hotsync manager today, just to see if it fixes things. I only use serial and IR, so I never reinstalled that part.

I will try later.
