Question

I am using MultiMail Pro 3.1 and its Conduit 2.2 to sync my VDX with Outlook.

Yesterday I noticed that the free memory on my VDX had fallen from 35% to less than 20% for no apparent reason. I ran RAMhog and found that my largest PDB, the one for MultiMail attachments, was consuming almost 30% of my RAM -- even though my Inbox only has a few small attachments right now.

So is it possible that MM is archiving all messages, or at least all attachments, that have ever been in my Inbox when I hotsynced, even though those messages are no longer in my Inbox?

And can I fix the problem by deleting the MM attachments PDB from my C:/program files/palm/<username>/backup directory, or will this cause MM to crash?

Do you purge deleted mail? If not, check the trash bin in Multi mail.

My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.
