I just switched from using Palm Desktop to Outlook 2000. The change over went great except two areas. 1) My categories in my handheld don't appear in 2000 without going to the "user defined fields in folders" tab. Is there a way to make the handheld categories the same as Outlook 2000? 2) My custom fields aren't copying over. Any suggestions? Thanks, Debbie

Q1. Just selecting "Map Handheld category to Outlook's Categories field" works for me. Unless I'm missing the point of your question? Q2. You have to dig a little for this info but it's there... Refer to the Pocketmirror help file (Start->Programs->PocketMirror->PocketMirror Help. Search for custom fields...
