I ordered my blue Visor Deluxe on January 25 and attempted to order a PDA Panache VIS-C stylus that same day, only to discover the company was having problems with its online ordering system.

The system was finally working again on the 28th, so I placed my order ($14.99) and opted for the $5 priority mail shipping. After hearing reports of extreme backlogs at PDA Panache, I figured I'd need the stylus as soon as possible after the order was processed, so the priority shipping made sense.

I received my VIS-C here in Greenville, SC this morning around 10am. It'll probably be a week or so before my Visor arrives. As I was not expecting such a quick delivery, I guess I will have to practice my Graffiti while I wait.

Sam - I concur. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and was told they were on backorder. Got mine on Saturday and it was *definitely* worth the wait, unfortunately in my haste I put a small scratch in the screen with the stock stylus. All is well now, and I even got a free stylus/pen combo for the trouble!

I got mine today, I really like the weight of it however it can be a bit hard to get out of the silo sometimes. It gets stuck a bit, and takes a bit of doing to pull out. Maybe that will improve as I use it more.

I did exactly the same thing you did! However the Blue Visor was ordered on the 24th. I e-mailed PDA Panache a couple days ago and they said there'd be a 7-10 day wait. We'll see. So far nothing has come but the Survival Kit.

I had the same problem at first with the PDA Panach, but in a couple of weeks everything is "Worn In" and the stylus does not stick at all now. I really like it!

I live in the Philippines and I had my Visor since November, when I was in the States.

I ordered from PDAPanache last Dec. 20 when I was already back home. Last January 28, I decided to just cancel my order because they were not able to deliver for reasons I still don't know. I guess their delivery is great inside the U.S. continent but not outside.

I ordered mine on January 31st and received it today - but mind you: I live in Leiden, Holland.
So, I can not complain at all.
And I love my VIS-B

Greenville, SC huh? LOL. Small world. I'm also in Greenville. My PDA Panache took something like 2 1/2 weeks. They compensated me for my wait time with a FREE combo pen/stylus. I love my Panacha!
