Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone who has had success connecting their Visor to the Samsung 3500 is also using a serial port keyboard. I assume this requires an additional adapter of some sort, to serve as a passthrough between the Samsung and keyboard.

Has anyone done this? What attachments are required to make this connection? Any suggestions or shared experiences would be appreciated!

Looking forward to replacing the need for a laptop,

If you're talking about connecting the phone via the cradle connector along with the keyboard, it won't work. The way the Visor detects the presence of a keyboard versus another serial device essentially locks out the serial port. I have tried using a keyboard in conjunction with my StarTAC and it doesn't work.
