im tryng to connect to the internet with my vdx ive tried using 2 different isp (msn and freewwweb) fallowed other user instructions and i keep getting this error anyone know why??

I had the exact same problem (using Freewwweb). Switching access numbers solved it for me -- give it a try. It's kinda strange, though, that you've had the same problem w/ both ISPs. Whatever, hope that helps.
