Question Reset problem with HotSync

Hi.

I am synchronizing my Visor Platinum via the HotSnyc manager (Vers. 4.0) by pressing the HotSnyc button on the cradle.
Everything works fine until the end of the synchronization process! A window pops up and tells me that I have to reset the Visor. After "rebooting" all my preferences are overwritten :-(
Any suggestions?

Have you recently added any software? Some apps force a reset after installation. It's also possible that something is "stuck" in your \Install directory.
