Just wanted to give a public thumbs-up to the support folks at Card Access (makers of Thinmodem module). I had a few problems with the bundled software and getting connected with my new Thinmodem, but found the support to be prompt, patient, and ultimately helpful - all that you hope support will be.
Just my 2 cents for the day...

I would like to add my voice in support of the above; Card-Access support was very helpful in replacing my Thinmodem when I had a problem with the first one. I am now eagerly awaiting the new Thinmodem + (with extra 8 Mb Flash Memory), when it ships.

Support is fine, but . . .
I've been happy with their support as well, but where is our flash update for V.90? They have now pushed the release date back to Q1 2001.

I'd like to also say how great I think Card Access is. When I got the box for my thinmodem the only thing in it was two cables. I sent them an email and the sent me a modem and another cable no questions asked 2nd day air. I'd also like to say that the update is on it's way, the beta test seems like it's over and the new driver works great.
