Smile

Hi, I was just at Staples and the saleman let me try the Eyemodule 2 in my VDX. I took a picture and a few seconds of video capture and I am trying to view them on my PC now. I've synced and checked the setting to "Backup images on HotSync operation", but I don't know where those images are or how to view them on my PC. Checking the Backup folder in my desktop, I can see the Viewer III application, but that is the EM app. The help in the Eye application that remained on my VDX says to see the "Viewing Images and Mini-Movies on Your Computer" in the user's guide, which I obviously don't have. Can someone give me a quick instruction?

Thanks a million!

Steve

p.s. I bought a used SoundsGood yesterday and am loving it!

Nope.

Thanks, I did a search on my hard drive for eyemodule, em, em2 and I have none of them. Is there another install/program I must be running on my computer that came w/ the module? I hope not!

I just reread your post more carefully.

The em comes with a CD which includes the conduit software. That's the software that copies images from the visor to the PC during sync.

I think you're out of luck w/o the CD.

Maybe they let you dl the software from their site.
I have EM1 & I think the CD only had 7Mb on it...

Talking

PDAENVY is correct. The Eyemodule 2 has a different conduit. You need the CD. The software does not yet appear to be available for public download.

Cool

Well, that's a bummer for me. I'll leave it on my Visor as long as I can until I meet up with someone who has an EM2. Then I'll beam the image and download it. Thanks for the replies, all.
