HotSynch Outlook Visor Pro Win2000, one way

HELP,
HotSynch with Visor Pro and Windows 2000 (USB cradle) works only one way for Outlook, handheld to Desktop. Other apps are synch well: Outlook Express, QuickWord, QuickSheet, Wordsmith, except...Outlook and AvantGo.

Synch seems to look at items in Calendar, Contacts, Tasks etc on desktop and no error message, but Visor always empty.

I have checked every lines of docs, every message on Handspring.com and other forums.

Configuration: Windows 2000 on network with proxy server; USB cradle on my PC, Palmdesktop 4.01, Last upgrade of Pocket Mirror, last update of VisorUSBregClean, Stowaway Portable Keyboard set and functioning, administrator privilege set... Tried every combination possible of Chapura settings with no results. Calendar, Contacts, etc., in Personal Folders - Mail for "name". I have install, uninstall and reinstall everything about 50 times, completely lost!!

Handspring customer support only replying with ready-made messages that are not very useful.

If you've applied the Office 2000 SR-2 patch, check out this FAQ from Chapura. You might be having problems with the "security" enhancement SR-2 provides.
