User Experience Architect explained
Hello everyone,
Just by way of clarification,
User Experience Architect = Information Architect = Usability Specialist = the guy who makes users life easier on a given website by giving them easy to use navigation, good, readable content & ultimately information they came looking for in the first place.
Though I did design the site and also some of the technology, I am not a designer/PR/tech support. My job is to make Presenter-to-Go's website a worthwhile visit whther you are a first-comer, a regular visitor or an existing customer. And as such, I play a role in web strategy as well.
My position here as a poster is personal. Margi Systems is not responsible for my comments. Although, I will try and help users with issues on my own accord, that is what it is...my own accord.
When that changes, and if the company lets me play a more official role, I'll post a message.
I'm not here to spam, or glorify my company. I'm here to improve people's experience with this product, which I personally believe in, whether they are seeking information, providing feedback or trying to resolve an issue.
As such, if there is an issue at my being here, I will be more than willing to take myself off this forum.
Hope that helps,
Subir
