My brother has a Prism over in Brisbane. Fortunatly I am in the states, so he has handled any warranty issues by sending it to me. His Prism freaked out after using it for a week. Worse than any I have heard of here... the screen started turning white, and then wouldn't shut off... all sorts of funny things were going on.

Anyway, we didn't know anyway that he could deal with it there, so he sent it back to the US, and I dealt with it. Perhaps there is something on Handsprings site.

I remember seeing earlier posts (ages ago) about someone in europe who had a visor very early, before handspring started marketing over there. When a problem occurred I believe handspring asked that he pay the shipping cost to and back from the US.

I have mine here in Australia, but when I bought it, I didnt really think about the warranty too much. I was under the impression that chances of something going wrong were farily slim, and considering nothing has happend (my warranty is now up) I guess I had a good run

I figured that if something did go wrong, it wouldnt be too hard to find someone going over to the US and send it back with them, or even ship it to some trustworthy member on this board
