problems with hotsync

i recently added a digital camera to my computer via usb.
now i am trying to hot sync and am getting the "connection could not be established" warning on my visor.

what do i do?

First Step

Do a soft reset on the Visor.
If that doesn't work then reinstall the Palm Desktop software and that should fix the problem.

It may require that you unistall the software first and then reinstall after you've rebooted your computer.

Give us some more information such as Desktop OS and version and what type of camera you got that may have caused the problem to begin with etc.

Try the above and see what happens. I am assuming that you've reconnected the USB connector of the Visor since it might have become loose due to the addition of the camera!
