Question second user on visor edge

Can I set my edge to hold two datebooks, one for my stuff and one for my kids activities? I want to keep the kids stuff separate but still want portability. I have the kids stuff set up on my desktop under another user name, but cant figure out how to hotsync it to my edge.

You can try this.
A program called Calendar 1.04.
It can be found at www.palmgear.com
It has a completely seperate datebook on your Visor which you can sync with your desktop.

There is an option to make a new Datebook Icon on the Palm desktop to sync this program with.
So you have two datebooks, one address, one todo and one memo on your desktop.

Question

Great suggestion. I got Calendar installed on my Edge, but how can I get on to my Palm O/S on my desktop so I can enter the data? When I look at my desktop after hot syncing I don't see Calendar anywhere.

There is a detailed explanation in the readme file with the program.

Extract the files from the zip file.
Install and HotSync the Calendar.prc file to your Palm.
Launch Calendar on your Palm.
Exit HotSync manager so it is no longer in the system tray.
Exit the Palm Desktop if running.
Make a Copy of Date20.dll located in the Palm directory* and rename the copy to Calui.dll in your Palm directory.
Make a Copy of Datcn20.dll located in the Palm directory* and rename the copy to Calcn.dll in your Palm directory.
Double-click the Calendar_Registry.reg file to add the required registry entries.
Start HotSync Manager or Reboot your desktop computer.
Start the Palm Desktop and verify that a second Date icon has been added to the Palm Desktop.
Configure the Calendar conduit using HotSync Manager to Synchronize the files.

This worked with my old palm desktop software, I don't need two datebook anymore so I don't have it installed on my palm desktop 4.01, but my friend says that it does work.

IF you have any questions regarding any of these steps just send me mail, or post another message
Good luck
