My Visor Prism developed a problem when I tried to charge the battery. Instead of blinking on & off, the green light went straight to solid green and did not charge at all after being hooked up all night.

After backing everything up on my backup module, and figuring I had nothing to lose, I opened the case, disconnected the battery (small connector from battery to board) and then reconnected. End result, problem was fixed!

This is the second time I have fixed a problem with my Visor by simply disconnecting the battery for a few seconds and then reconnecting. Last time this procedure fixed an endless loop when at the digitizer screen which would not allow me to go any further in setting up the Visor.

No, I fixed my Prism twice without the hassle of a return. Note, there is no seal of visible way of determining if it has been opened.
