I ordered my Visor in late November and I hadn't received it as the new year came along. Last week I finally got through to customer service after three days on hold.

It seems that my order had two problems. 1) They can't ship orders to PO Boxes. 2)You can use a check card with a MasterCard logo.

This isn't anywhere on the website, so anyone who used a PO for a shipping address or a Checking/Debit card, you should call up Handspring and change it.

I just thought I would let everyone know to prevent any future problems and maybe help fix some current problems.
