i was playing the game "big two" on my
visor, when suddenly, it froze. but this
was no ordinary freeze. after soft then
hard resets, i have concluded my visor
is messed! it seems as though the visor
is not sensing any touch. could this be
a touch screen hardware failure?? please
help someone!!!

Jim Check out the WARNING- DDS...Dead digitizer syndrome post in this section. I too have had this problem. Called CS on tuesday and they are shipping a replacement to me. This problem supposedly happens to Palms also.

They said that a replacement unit will be sent and then to send the defective unit back. I have a feeling the replacement will be just that from what I have read in other posts. Contact customer service first. use the toll free ordering number it will get you to tech support also. They will have you try a few fixes if they don't work they will tell you what to do.

Maybe you can try take out the battery for a while. When the power in the cap. run out. then put the battery in Visor again.
Maybe it will work.(I meet the situation once)
