Screen Problems

I'm having trouble with viewing my screen. The letters and lines on my screen are not coming in clearly. They
aren't fuzzy or out of focus but rather it's like some of the dots
that make up the characters are missing. For example, if a line is
shown I will see this: _ _ _ _ instead of this: ________ only on
my tiny screen it's not that drastic. The letters are the same way.
I've had my visor for 1 1/2 years with no problems. I'd appreciate
any help about possible causes and solutions.
