Synch each day includes Avantgo. I noticed longer synch and watched closely. Sure enough, Avantgo goes through its whole routine twice, from finding the server to saving pages. Any help would be appreciated.

i find this happens to me when i sync at work (through a firewall) and then again at home (dial up account).
I haven't been able to solve it, yet, even after talking with AvantGo.
I'll post if anything comes up, in the meantime i only sync at work (much faster!)

I had the same problem mysteriously start last week. I solved it by opening the Avantgo options menu and going to the Server preferences menu. I then selected the server drop down box and found that the Avantgo.com server was listed TWICE!! Deleted one of the listings and everything went back to normal! Don't know how it was added twice, but...it solved the problem.
