I ordered my visor after breaking the screen on my Palm Professional upgraded to 2 megs.
I was very pleased when it arrived in one week as oppossed to the expected wait time of 4 to 6 weeks. It appears to be of very good quality and looks very stylish. Now for the down sides. It won't IR hotsync with my laptop out of the box. The 3.3 OS upgrade would have taken care of this but it dosen't work with the Visor yet. IRlink does work but I am not willing to give them money for a feature that is just an upgrade in OSes. For someone that the feature was an absolute nessesity I would recomend but be aware that it will probably be an update. All the other problem mentioned on the board I have not experianced. My second complaint is the website, www.handspring.com should be more informative about updates, future plans,etc. If you still not sure what I am talking about take a look at 3Com's palm site. Handspring should not link with 3Com but rather have all updates and info directly on Handsprings site. The last thing wrong with Handspring is it needs to be in stores. People like to look at what they are buying. Ok back to the good sides. I love the additional enhancements. The datebook is the best enhancement I have seen for a datebook to date. I travel quit a bit and really enjoy the city time. It synced up with my previous Desktop as advertised. And to close one thing that I was very impressed with was the hardcover that came with the Deluxe. As I said before my PalmPro screen was broken so this was a pleasant surprise. I had wished it wasn't a surprise because while reading about the visor I never read anything about it.

Well I recommend the visor to all and hope they make the above improvements as they are competing against two massive competers. Microsoft and 3 Com. I won't go into what I think of Microsoft but 3 Com is a very good company. All my dealings with 3 Com was very pleasant. I have never had better customer support from any other company.
