Question Redirecting user's folders in Win2k Professional

Hi,

I've just entered the new Millenium (pardon the use of the word) by installing Windows 2000 Professional Edition on my computer. Love it so far, but am finding it somewhat less than intuitive.

I have my hard drive partionted into two parts:
1. 4GB -- contains OS and hardware drivers
2. 23GB -- will contain all programs and user files

Now, the question I have is how to redirect user's folders onto the second drive when they're created? I know there is an additional snap-in in Server ed. that makes this fairly simple. However, I cannot seem to get this to work in the Professional Edition. Any pointers?

thanks,
Juggerl
