Is it possible to beam output to an IR equiped HP laserprinter?

Try using Palmprint by Stevens Creek Software, http://www.stevenscreek.com. This software can print a Memo, the clipboard, or the To Do list. We've discussed this here but I just cant find the thread(actually, i'm too lazy to look for it. Have a nice one.
