Topic: What is the difference between "Saved" and "Unsaved" prefs?

Actually, I mean: what is in them? When I do a complete backup (I use Backup Bitster, and then I throw the whole she-bang back into the install folder), and I want to keep certain apps configured as I now have them, do I have to keep both files?
