FYI - I sent Innogear an e-mail, asking about their MiniJam cases and the other �Optional Accessories� for the MiniJam. [AC Wall Adapter, Car Kit, MiniJam/Visor Custom Case, Extended Power Pack, and External Flat Panel Speakers.] Less than 12 hours later, I received a response:

I really like my E&B Slipper Case, but I won�t be able to leave the MiniJam in my Visor � won�t fit. I hope they have some nice cases...

Wouldn't a CD player adapter work (of course you would have to have a cassette player for it to work)? An InnoGear branded version may be too expensive.
