Battery Change - Palm Computing Screen

I just changed the batteries in my Visor Deluxe and the only response I now get is the Palm Computing Platform screen. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

You could try doing a hard reset by taking the batteries out for a half hour and then putting them back in, this will return the Visor to it's factory settings and allow you to do a hotsync to regain your lost data.
