Bluetooth CDMA Flip or Clam style phone

Does such a device exsist? I need Bluetooth for the PDA, NR70V and CDMA 3G ready for Verizon and Flip style for sitting in a pocket all the time. It would also need predictive text, SMS and lots of room for contacts.

The Kyocera 7135 coupled with Palm's SD bluetooth card is likely your best bet.
