Home from Ireland

Well, I just got through spending the last week of my life in Ireland. First time ever using my Passport. I did travel to Cancun on my HoneyMoon, but they let me in with my BirthCertificate.

We landed in Dublin at 0745 on 28October2001. Stayed there a couple of nights and then rode a train to Limerick. Hopped on the tour bus and headed to Dromoland Castle. Got to visit the Blarney Castle, Bunratty, and just an a great time. What a place. The whole country is beautiful. Met some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Even got to eat dinner in the home of complete strangers.

There was so much packed into this week, it almost seems like a blur. It was truly an awesome trip.

Sadly, all good things must end. We departed Shannon Airport at 0945 on 03November2001.

While this trip made a drastic impact on my life, I praise the Lord for safe travel and bringing me back to my family.

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
