Angry

You guys what is it about the iPaq's or the Jornada's that is butt-kicking our Visor's hands-down?

It is not having the capability to play audio-books from Audible.com!

We have everything from Peanutbooks to MP3, GPS to Eyemodule2, CF expansion to VisorPhones, yada-yada-yada...but not audiobooks capability!

Could any of you springboard makers solve my dying need for this and come up with an audible-compliant springboard??

Arrow

Search the site for Audible Advisor. Card Access is working on it.

Wink A funny thing happened on the way to the forum

Heh, funny that this is 'off-topic' in the Off-Topic fourm because it is actually ON-topic.....er...well, you know what I mean.

I do agree that this is a market for this, and is a product that I would be interested in. I wonder how much could be crammed into a standard-sized Springboard, and how much they would cost, being (I would guess) ROM instead of RAM. I listen to audio books on every long car trip, much better than music for, well, keeping me awake.

move this thread

it'll be cool to combine the audiobook idea with the mp3 player. so i could click and hear a book or listen to music.
