Good customer support

My experiences with customer support have all been good. I always got my replacement Visor the next day. Plus, the tech people have always been able to help me solve problems.

A+ in my book!

i find that palm os 3.5.2 has everything i would need, besides there are many hacks availble. and i think that the only real improvement that could made is support for a 66mhz proccesor. anyways im loayal to handspring and i would sell my moduals and everything for a palm. and yes i would like to be able to upgrade the os someday but that wouldnt do much good sice it can only change software, so improvments based on hardware cannot be updated to a pda with limited hardware. and 3.1 to 3.5 was such a big step, i there wont be to many big steps until a year or so.

Handspring makes a great product. I'm busy buying cases and Springboards but when I slow down I'll get a Prism, too.
