When attempting to use my omnisky on a visor prism to connect to AOL's AIM the connection always times out. I have a strong siganl and no other connection problems. It must a setting problem but which one? Any help

My connect on AIM seems to Time Out alot, and I'm not sure why. I usually just switch to another screenname, and it works.

I get the same thing using the stub antenna. Using my homemade 5 1/2" antenna I don't ever have problems.
