comes with one 64Mb MMC chip and two 32Mb MMC chips, headphones and the original slip case that it came in. all fully working with no problems or any damage of any kind. it has also been updated with the newest firmware. I am asking $175 for it or you can make an offer. please contact me with an offer if you are interested.

Heck, you can buy it brand new from Innogear for $229 and get a free Innopak/2V and backphones...
