Ever since I updated to the with the "patch," HotSync is taking longer to update and AvantGo seems to run twice as long. One problem I had was that when I use TrueSync, and asks me to push the cradle button - HotSync just starts up and starts going through its routin and ignoring TrueSync, is there a way to fix this?

Go into mobilink and delete the duplicate servers. you only need one avantgo.com server.
