Handspring need to brew up some cool 3rd party software for it.
like SMS programs and GSM programs. or relese API for visorphone so coders can start hacking into it.

I agree! Maybe we will get some software support when the Treo comes out. So far I haveonly seen two apps which have some rudimentary support for thr VPhone -- ACTION Names and Phonemate.

I'm in agreement.
It would also be neat to have a VP app which automatically dials out at a predetermined time, retrieve websites and email, and logs off. Furthermore, the app would know if there's a VP/modem attached so it doesn't mistakenly tries to dial out.
Just a thought...
