I cant start new Visor pro

Im trying to install my Visor DLX software and data to may new Visor Pro.
after I did a sync with my DLX, i tried several times to install with hotsync in my visor Pro. After the reset, I receive this error:
MemoryMgr.c, line 4359,
Free handle.


Must to do hard reset.

If you had the Handspring update installed on the VDx, make sure to remove the file from your backup directory before syncing to the Pro (the update is not required by the Pro). The file is named HS_Ext_1_0_3.prc
