 Raw Infared AT Terminal

has anyone stumbled across an app that will just send raw AT commands to a device via infared? ive been looking for one and I haven't been lucky.

 GSMTool

I believe GSMTool has a 'terminal' mode that allows you to send raw AT commands. I know can initiate a dial command using it.
