Do you usually walk around with your Visor on the top of your head?

Drop from 6 feet?

Your asking alot from current technology.

I do not know for sure if any of these are offered in a Prism version, but...

Padded leather cases:
Vaja (IS offered for Prism!)
CaseTechWorks
Piel Frama

Hard shell cases:
SmarterCase
RhinoSkin Slider
OtterBox
Otter Armor

Holsters:
Targus
Radio Shack
New Sun (www.newsungear.com)
GrinderGear

Other cases:
RhinoSkin 1100
Incipio- any
Roadwired Slim PDA Wallet

I have used a lot of these at one point or another, and I think they offer a decent balance of cost, protection, looks, etc.

The problem is that you have a couple contradictory demands- thin and protective, for example, are mutually exclusive to a point- AND fall protection is a pretty difficult thing to guarantee. One PDA falling from 6 feet naked might just bounce with no damage while another in a protective case hit in a way that shatters the screen anyway.

Hint: For maximum protection- either choose a case you can hot-sync in, or get a travel sync cable so you can leave the unit in the case 7/24. A LOT of falls happen when taking it out to sync.

thanks

Thanks for replying! ! ! Although the possibility of a six foot drop is uncommon....I would feel safer if it was ready for this as you never know when you'll drop your visor on a flight of stairs. I would look into the cases madkins have recommended. Thanks again! ! ! !
