error when inserting module

Hello-

Just wondering if anyone out there has had this problem when inserting their Thinmodem+ and or Hagiwarasys 16mb module into their Prism....

1. Insert module

2. Fatal Alert, DataMgr.c, Line:3362, Null dbID passed

I then have to soft reset. Figured that this forum could very well be as good as tech support. Your help is much appreciated.

Make sure you are at the Palm applications screen before inserting/removing modules.
