After all the fustrating moments with Handspring, I got to speak with JEFF HAWKINS
instead of the customer service department.
My order was taken care and received yesterday (overnight).
I am amazed by the humility of JEFF HAWKINS. I wish everyone in Handspring were like that.
FIRST RATE people with BOTTOM RATE CSR.
For once I hope a company with Good products wins the market, not a company with third rate product win thro' marketing muscle.
I wish Handspring improves it Customer Service and rule the PDA market. Kick out the company which wants to make a new meaning for INNOVATIONS rather than INNOVATING.
