The anatomy of a screw-up....

....or, the m500-series that almost wasn't. This WSJ article details some of the behind-the-scenes details of Palm Inc's near fatal 5-series blunder back in March. Brings back many frustrating memories. I even got that old familiar pinching sensation in the back of my neck as I read it.
