Ok kind people...

Here is the sit. Want to give my loving wife my visor deluxe. Want to remove my porfile. Tried hard reset.

Kindo' stumped. Tried everything that I could think of. I guess it is the fact that I am a manager now. When I was on the technical side I could have probably figured it out. Too ashamed to ask one of my employees.

Thanks for the assistance and minimal ridicule.

If you're using the Palm Desktop, just create a new username and set it as the default. In PocketMirror, an new user can be created in the PocketMirror Settings.

After hard-resetting the Visor, a sync should establish the new user.
