All,

Received my Visor Deluxe this afternoon. After about 10 minutes of playing with it, something happened to the display.

I lost a row and column of pixels. So, I have a horizontal and vertical empty stripes across the screen, all the way from left to right and from top to bottom.

As I said, kind of disappointed. I didn't even get a phone number in there yet.

I shouldn't have any problems getting another one, right?

I have had the same problem with my BVD. It is intermittent and seemed to be related to torque (squeezing) various portions of the case. I have an "advance exchange" unit on the way. Currently the problem has disappeared. Would seem that the Visors could use some better engineering on the cases from this and other threads. Well, if we want titanium we know where to go...
