I can't sync using NT 4.0. It works fine when I am in as system administrator. But when I sign on as a normal user the only conduits that show up in custom in the hot sync are install and install service templates. Any ideas?

When logged on as a normal user, try running this from a command session (while in the Palm directory, if necessary):

hotsync -r

Restart your user session and see if the conduits show up properly.
