Help! I attempted to install the autoupdate version of Epocrates (a drug program for doctors) on my visor, but did not get a server. So in my infinite wisdom, I attempted to change the server of the avantgo under server preferences. Now, after I changed the settings back, I can't even hotsync at all. All I get is an error message that tells me that my serial port is currently being used by another application. Anybody have any idea---I NEEEEED to hotsync!!!!! Thanks in advance.

Try a soft reset on the Visor. Also, you may want to close the HotSync Manager and restart it.
