Question

Besides the fact that the Zio! unit looks cool, and Sandisk's doesn't, what is the difference between these two readers/writers?

Sandisk says no way you can read/write a Microdrive in their's because the voltage isn't high enough...the microdrive required too much power for the USB line.

On the other hand, IBM and Zio! have gotten together...and are bundling Zio's USB CF reader with the Microdrive... which works fine...no USB problems with voltage at all.

So what is the big difference between these two items? Can anyone explain?

Thanks,

Sam
