Software Update for Clie N710C on Sony site

Sony has just posted a software update for the N710C on the Sony site here
Here's the main text describing the update:

CLI� PEG-N710C 2.1 System Update
This program will update the Jog Dial functionality and Audio Player software that shipped with the Sony CLI� N710C.
The Audio Player software is used to play Atrac3 and MP3 media from the Memory Stick. This update increases Audio Players compatibility with the MP3 format, as well as adds additional features.
The Jog Dial functions as an alternative means of interacting with the Sony CLI�. This update adds several functions to the Jog Dial and Back Button options in the preferences menu.
IMPORTANT NOTES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
KNOWN ISSUE: The Jog Assist function is intended to enable third party programs to have Jog Dial support, that do not natively support it. However, Sony does not guarantee that this function works 100% with all third party applications.
NOTE: This update is for the PEG-N710C CLI� only!!
NOTE: The Palm Desktop for Sony software must be already installed on the computer, and HotSync must be configured for synchronization in order to install this update.
NOTE: It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
NOTE: To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs.
