I recently got a replacement Prism, and as well as the shimmer that has since been remedied by the glorious SG, there also seems to be a problem with the sound volume. i.e. there is none, almost. As my first Prism was very LOUD, this one is very quiet. Could there be another hidden setting that will allow the speaker volume to be increased? I am hoping...

I've been disappointed with the volume of my VDX as well -- I can barely hear the alarm go off when it's in the sport case , assuming quiet surroundings. One of my co-workers bought a Platinum, and the alarm is *loud*! I'm jealous!
